tomorrow theme shows light colors even when terminal background is dark #12266

Environment

fish, version 4.3.2
Linux, kitty 0.44.0
Problem still exists without third-party customizations.

Reproduction

• Use a dark terminal background (I tried Kanagawa theme in kitty).

• Switch to tomorrow theme by

  fish_config theme choose tomorrow

• Show example of the current fish theme by

  fish_config theme show tomorrow

  You can see that the current theme still matches the light color mode.

  

I have tested all other built-in themes that support light/dark auto switch. Only tomorrow theme has this problem.
