fish 4.3.0 is Malformed Mach-o file #12224

I downloaded fish shell 4.3.0 installer from its website: https://github.com/fish-shell/fish-shell/releases/download/4.3.0/fish-4.3.0.pkg

After installing fish shell, and rebooting system/standard macOS Terminal.app fish shell is unable to be executed:

bash: /usr/local/bin/fish: Malformed Mach-o file
bash: /usr/local/bin/fish: Undefined error: 0

[Process completed]

I'm now reverting back to https://github.com/fish-shell/fish-shell/releases/download/4.2.1/fish-4.2.1.pkg which works fine.
