FRC-102 which recommends use of the EIP-191 prefix format for signing arbitrary bytes on FEVM and a similar 'Filecoin Signed Message' prefix for native Filecoin has been accepted and adopted by:

It remains to be implemented in the Lotus CLI (and Glif.io wallet).
