Add PageIdentityProviders and a full PageOverview UI with sample providers and stats. Register the new route in App and add a clickable sidebar entry. Add IDENTITY_PROVIDERS_OVERVIEW_URL helper for routing.
Use ComingSoon as the page wrapper and move the existing content into it. Replace the placeholder image with /logo_ferriskey.png and reorder the layout to surface summary stat cards before the detailed provider list.
