Bug Description

When we launch the Ferriskey User Interface and navigate to Clients, Users and Roles pages, different sections of these pages have parts of non-english text. I have also attached screenshots for reference.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch the FerrisKey User Interface (or) portal after running the Docker Compose file in the development mode.
2. Navigate to the Clients Page
3. You will observe the presence of non-English text such as "Aucune donnée disponible." and a few more as can be seen in the attached screenshots.
4. The same Steps 3 and 4, when repeated for the Users and Roles pages, similar non-english text can be found.

Expected Behavior

All User Elements and content should be properly translated into the application's default language (assuming English in this case, everything should default to English), ensuring consistency and clarity for the users
