Fix typo

Downgrading to an old version of the mail gems, fixes problems with
umlauts.

Should use proper ERB syntax

Flakiness maybe due to fresh database?

Remove the SMTP_TLS Enironment variable to restore the ability to use Mailservers with TLS enabled.

With this view crew can get a look on all the attachments uploaded to
the conference. Attachments with pre-set titles appear in their own
columns and are indicated by the updated date.
