Description

There are 102 broken links in our repo currently, and we aren't doing anything about them, so they just create noise for all of our PRs.
We either need to establish a process for how we deal with them (e. g. consider them to be a blocking bug that needs to be immediately fixed), or we should disable the checks, or make them non-screaming, because currently we are getting negative value out of it.
