Also enabling the
tycheck in precommit, but will put this in draft untill we decide whether we want to run justmypy, justty, or both.Update: discussed with Tiangolo and we decided that we'll keep running them in parallel as long as it's not too much of a hassle. In the future, we'll likely remove
mypy.
