* Add some general commands at the top * Add some examples to the middle, remove the <abbr> part,too complex * Reduce the wordlist at the bottom, removing obvious words which the AI translates well on its own. You may apply this to fastapi#13931

So that they are in sync with Yuriis changes. Otherwise the rules in the German prompt seem to overwrite that behavior and it does not work. Also added a term. Please apply to fastapi#13931 (de-prompt).
