Steps to Reproduce / 重现步骤

在新增/编辑模型定价时，缓存读取成本（cache read cost）输入框的步长限制为 0.01，导致无法准确设置低于此精度的价格。
DeepSeek 模型的缓存读取官方定价为 $0.0028 / 百万 tokens，但当前界面无法输入此值，只能设置为 0.01 或更高，造成计费不准确。

Expected Behavior / 期望行为

价格输入框应支持更精细的步长（如 0.0001），确保能准确设置 DeepSeek 等厂商的低价缓存成本。
