We were getting this Rubocop's offense:
```
lib/helpers/deprecator.rb:106:7: C: Minitest/SkipWithoutReason: Add a reason explaining why the test is skipped.
skip == true
^^^^
```
That's because we needed to use the @Skip instance instead.
