The tarballs are currently available in the tag section. The problem is this is not a static link to the archive. So the download could not be automaticaly done with tools such as wget or aria2c.

Please could you push tarballs in the download section in github or on sourceforge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/fail2ban/files/fail2ban-stable/)
