• I have tried the npm run clear or yarn clear command.
• I have tried rm -rf node_modules yarn.lock package-lock.json and re-installing packages.
• I have tried creating a repro with https://new.docusaurus.io.
• I have read the console error message carefully (if applicable).

Description

When entering the page for the first time, the lang attribute is set to 'en'. The page will only switch to the corresponding locality after loading is complete. This will trigger the browser translation plugin. It seems that this issue did not exist before version 3.8. This bug seems to only occur in the development environment.
