First of a long list of SGX-related PRs I have pipelined. The overarching goal is to run our FFmpeg application in SGX, but for that several things need to happen first.
I'd rather split it in small PRs, as #473 was already too big (will close it when I am done).
This first PR removes the
faasm_sgxprefix from all SGX-related filenames, to make the naming consistent with the rest of the project. Other code re-strucure will follow.
