Spark-css.css uses a googleapis.com import causing offline reports to attempt external connection #267

The spark-css.css artificat of the Spark offline report contains an import which causes a momentary timeout of several seconds as the browser attempts to establish an external connection. This artifact needs to be removed and all font files stored locally.
