Translated "X color" to "Kleur voor X". Made CPU terminology more consitent, e.g. System/User/Idle -> systeembelasting/gebruikersbelasting/inactief, core -> core, efficiency/performance/super core -> efficiëntiecore/presetatiecore/supercore. Removed ` // translategemma:4b` annotation from touched translations. Various other improvements.

I went through all the Dutch translations and updated them for correctness, consistency and clarity. I removed the
// translategemma:4b-annotation from the translations I touched.
