As a part of a coordinated effort to stop reduce confusion about "Eth1" vs "Eth2", verbiage is being changed from "Eth2" to more specific terms for each component of Ethereum's upgrade process.
This PR removes references to "Eth2" from this repo and once it is merged will also include a renaming of this repo to
staking-deposit-cli.
