It would be great if this could be added to espflash.toml, or perhaps even an environment variable. |

We can definitely add an environment variable, this is a trivial change. Sorry, thought we had that already. Will look into possibly adding a configuration file option for this as well. |

Add a new global option to prevent espflash from checking updates.
It will make it work faster behind a proxy.
