What happened?

🐛 Bug 描述

Reasonix 客户端 v1.17 在启动或运行过程中，反复弹出"检测到保存冲突"警告，
并将未保存的本地对话强制保存为 recovery（恢复分支）。

📸 复现步骤

1. 打开 Reasonix 客户端 v1.17
2. 观察顶部弹出的黄色警告
3. 客户端显示以下错误提示：
   • 检测到保存冲突，已为 [会话名] 保留一份冲突副本。
   • session changed on disk; unsaved local transcript was saved as recovery branch
4. 未保存的对话内容被存为 recovery 分支（文件名如 20260705-xxxx-recovery-xxx.ckpt）

🔍 影响

• 每次打开客户端都重复触发此问题
• 生成大量临时 recovery 文件（.ckpt, .ev, .go, .js 等）

• 会话目录：~/AppData/Roaming/reasonix/projects/[project]/sessions/
• 冲突文件数量：约 24 个 recovery 文件 + 5 个 .lock 文件
