View Navigation Bar hotkey does not toggle check mark

Hitting the hotkey will only uncheck the check mark
The Navigation bar check mark cannot be set with the hotkey (You'll have to go to the menu to do that)

The Workspace pane check mark (in the same menu just above Navigation bar check mark) can succesfully be toggled through its hotkey (both on/off)

Seen on Codelite 13.0 on Archlinux (all pacman updates installed)
