I have Columns per tab character in document set to eight (8) and Columns per indentation level set to two (2). After opening a (C source) file Codelite shows tabs as two spaces. The problem can be worked around for currently open files by opening Global Editor Preferences and just pressing the OK button but it needs to be done every time a file is opened.

If I set the Columns per indentation level to eight then everything works as expected. Also Codelite 8.x worked correctly.
