  1. docs(readme): reposition Velith as books-as-software 

    - Reposition hero/tagline across 7 language READMEs from generic
  "AI-native publishing system" to "Build books like software"
- Add "One pipeline, many artifacts" section (RFC, whitepaper, design
  doc, course material, game scenario) to all READMEs
- Reconstruct missing CHANGELOG 0.3.0 entry (SQLite migration,
  velith.mjs rename, Agy root plugin.json)
- Bump version 0.3.0 -> 0.3.1 across all 5 locations, rebuild dashboard
