We hope to make the fields owned_by and created configurable.

• For owned_by, I think we can add a field named like OwnedBy to the AIServiceBackendSpec, which is default to Envoy AI Gateway as displayed today.

• For created, the value from our system is from another CRD, could that possible by referring to a CRD object, and exact the creationTimestamp, however, this requires additional RBAC configurations.
