No way to choose MIDI device in Windows version? #16

Description

When I run signls in Windows, I can hear sound but it appears to be coming from a mysterious internal Windows synth. Pressing the config key (see #15) shows this:

I have the LoopBe Internal MIDI device installed, with VCV Rack listening for incoming MIDI messages from that device. I verified that VCV is able to receive on that device from another program (Chataigne ❤️) that has its MIDI output configured for the LoopBe device. So the problem seems to be that Signls isn't choosing that device on its own and I haven't seen any way to select which MIDI device I want it to use.

FYI when I quit, I see this message:

MidiOutWinMM::openVirtualPort: cannot be implemented in Windows MM MIDI API!
