Is there a way to detect that the URL changed or even that the back button was pressed directly?

I'm making a small blog on egui+eframe, and I noticed that when I pressed the "Go back one page" button on my browser, absolutely nothing happened on egui.
I would like to redraw the page, but no events are thrown (I put a log in raw_input_hook and saw nothing was fired).

I think an event or a redraw should be fired saying the url changed
