Description
Just for fun I have been running some old games in Wine to see how far can I get it to run.
The game, when using Hardware Acceleration, seems to only render one single frame and then stops rendering altogether, until you try to switch the camera (by pressing S), which then causes another singular frame to be rendered.
It was not shown in the video, but when the game "does" render correctly (albeit with everything being almost all fully white) was when I disabled hardware acceleration in the game settings. I don't think that it was supposed to be everything without textures with hardware acceleration disabled, but I haven't played the original game in a long time in a Windows machine so I may be wrong.
The same issue happens when using WineD3D and when using DXVK. The game crashes on startup (after the Microsoft intro cutscene) without dxwrapper.
