Narzoul also provided a fix for 24H2 in a second binary for this release, which is needed to run on Windows 11. I'm not sure if that version specifically breaks it on earlier Windows versions or not but I feel it should be included as an option (ex: DDrawCompat32w11) alongside the main one.
