Prerequisites

  • I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
  • The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

Description

This is how the button looks if Inline Font Icons is off:

This happens when Inline Font Icons is on:

Steps to reproduce

Create a button with icon, see how it looks with Inline Font Icons being on/off.

Isolating the problem

  • This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
  • This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active (Hello theme).
  • I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

@rami-elementor ,thank you for your attention. I think these two reported cases are completely different. What is reported in this issue is that when we enable the Inline Font Icons option, the alignment of the icons will be broken. This bug is absolutely correct and exists. I tested it.
But what I reported in issue 16511 does not depend on the Inline Font Icons option. Whether this option is enabled or not, all elementor icons have trouble aligning. This problem has existed since the beginning of elementor. Each icon you add from the elementor icon library has an extra space at the bottom : https://prnt.sc/Cal5rcI59Km7

We are aware of this issue.

Please note that Inline Font Icons is an experimental feature - Alpha status.

You should not use this experiment on production sites.
