Prerequisites

I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

Description

As soon as you update to wordpress 5.9, the icon for the mini cart in the header breaks and disappears

Steps to reproduce

Create a header with the mini cart widget on anything below wordpress 5.9, set it to display globally.
Update to wordpress 5.9
The Icon will break, rendering the widget entirely useless.

Isolating the problem

This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active (Hello theme).
I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

I would like to add additional issue that I've found... mini-cart.php is not showing the correct discounted price when using Discount Rules and Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce plugin to set the discount rules for products... https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOuRdPPX

Adding do_action( 'woocommerce_before_mini_cart' ); (added on line 5) solves the issue. Kindly please include this on your next update as it was overwritten when I updated it... Thanks!

If you check the Elementor mini-cart module you will find that it has no below codes while WooCommerce core mini-cart has them, so you should include them in the mini-cart because plugins are using these hooks.
do_action( 'woocommerce_before_mini_cart' );
And
do_action( 'woocommerce_after_mini_cart' );

You can compare the Elementor mini-cart code with the WooCommerce one at the below path.
\wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\templates\cart\mini-cart.php

In the patch that we provided, we only added the 'do_action( 'woocommerce_before_mini_cart' );' but you can add the 'do_action( 'woocommerce_after_mini_cart' );' too.
