Problem

Left-handed mouse users currently have to step through initial setup either with the keyboard or by clicking in a right-handed fashion. There is also no way to change this on the greeter, so they have to continue to the desktop before they can adjust this setting

Proposal

If a user performs a secondary click on the "Next" button on the language screen, we should offer to switch the mouse layout from right-handed to left-handed so they can complete setup and be on their way
