What is Workspace?

Workspace is a feature that allows you to save your current layout and open tabs as a preset, so you can quickly restore your working environment with one click.

This is especially useful for system administrators who frequently work with the same set of servers in a specific layout arrangement (e.g., 2x2 grid with 4 different servers).

How to Save a Workspace

  1. Set up your desired layout by clicking the Layout dropdown icon in the tab bar
  2. Open the tabs/connections you want to include in the workspace
  3. Click the Layout dropdown icon again
  4. Switch to the Workspace tab
  5. Click the Save Workspace button
  6. Choose to Save as new or Overwrite an existing workspace
  7. Enter a name for your workspace and click Save

How to Load a Workspace

  1. Click the Layout dropdown icon in the tab bar
  2. Switch to the Workspace tab
  3. Click on any saved workspace to load it

Note: Loading a workspace will close all currently open tabs and restore the saved layout with its tabs.

How to Delete a Workspace

  1. Click the Layout dropdown icon in the tab bar
  2. Switch to the Workspace tab
  3. Hover over the workspace you want to delete
  4. Click the Delete icon that appears
  5. Confirm the deletion

Managing Workspaces in Settings

You can also manage your workspaces from the Settings modal:

  1. Open Settings (Ctrl/Cmd + ,)
  2. Go to the Workspace tab
  3. Here you can view all saved workspaces, load them, or delete them

Important Notes

  • Only tabs that were opened from Bookmarks will be saved in a workspace
  • Temporary tabs (not from bookmarks) will not be included
  • The layout arrangement (single, 2 columns, 2x2 grid, etc.) is saved with the workspace

什么是工作区?

工作区是一个允许你保存当前布局和打开的标签页作为预设的功能,这样你可以一键快速恢复你的工作环境。

这对于经常使用相同服务器组合和特定布局排列(例如:2x2 网格布局连接 4 个不同服务器)的系统管理员特别有用。

如何保存工作区

  1. 点击标签栏中的布局下拉图标,设置你想要的布局
  2. 打开你想要包含在工作区中的标签页/连接
  3. 再次点击布局下拉图标
  4. 切换到工作区标签页
  5. 点击保存工作区按钮
  6. 选择保存为新工作区覆盖现有工作区
  7. 输入工作区名称并点击保存

如何加载工作区

  1. 点击标签栏中的布局下拉图标
  2. 切换到工作区标签页
  3. 点击任意已保存的工作区即可加载

注意: 加载工作区会关闭所有当前打开的标签页,并恢复保存的布局及其标签页。

如何删除工作区

  1. 点击标签栏中的布局下拉图标
  2. 切换到工作区标签页
  3. 将鼠标悬停在要删除的工作区上
  4. 点击出现的删除图标
  5. 确认删除

在设置中管理工作区

你也可以在设置窗口中管理工作区:

  1. 打开设置(Ctrl/Cmd + ,)
  2. 进入工作区标签页
  3. 在这里你可以查看所有已保存的工作区,加载或删除它们

重要说明

  • 只有从书签打开的标签页才会被保存到工作区中
  • 临时标签页(非书签打开的)不会被包含
  • 布局排列方式(单列、双列、2x2 网格等)会随工作区一起保存
