I would also enable ELASTIC_OTEL_LOG_LEVEL_STDERR to capture full output from agent - then we will get some sync between app and agent or ELASTIC_OTEL_LOG_LEVEL_FILE and ELASTIC_OTEL_LOG_FILE to capture agent logs from file sink (without cuts made by syslog)
