Currently we're generating github release notes like this

Data is fetched from changelog.md file. Most probably to change file layout, it would require to update script which generates changelog on release.

@intuibase Yeah. The idea is that it's up to each team to generate the rel notes, either manually or automatically. I'd be happy to help edit that script. Where's that logic stored?

Recently we moved our docs to https://github.com/elastic/opentelemetry. Do we need to bring them back here?
