What this PR changes/adds

this PR implements the AttestationDefinition vertical, specifically:

• the Attestation Admin API (slight changes)
• SQL store for the AttestationDefinition
• an AttestationDefinitionService that transactionally handles DB access
• renamed :core:issuerservice:issuerservice-credential-definition to core:issuerservice:issuerservice-issuance to mirror the SPI package
• e2e tests

Why it does that

support the manipulation of attestationdefintions via Admin API

Further notes

• requires feat: implement JsonArrayTranslator Connector#4814 to compile properly
• the fairly substantial changeset comes from merging and moving modules around
