Feature Request

Currently we can link an attestation definition to an issuer participant.
This is not needed anymore since in the issuance request the attestations are derived from the
credential definitions of the current request. Then the AttestationPipeline runs given the input attestations.

The connection point is in the AttestationSource implementation which receives in input in the AttestationContext the holderId
