Bug Description

two e107 installation in different databases
test is admin area is ok, so setting is correct
User is not able to log in
Error is standard e107 login message so nothing is clear

Real reason for not loggin in is BAD USER NAME - user lookup in login handler is looking in first database, not in secondary.
The same settings for otherDB is working,
