make these changes:

• in the credits overlay, the index of the current dream should be based on 1 not 0.
• in the F2 overlay where is says "Downloading dream" it should have a colon like the other lines.
• when run as a screensaver (but not as an app) the line spacing of the F2 and credits overlays is too large.
