Hello

From what I noticed so far, the only way to create a new playlist is by right-clicking on a song and then clicking on "Add to playlist...". This is great and works really well.

But it's really confusing when a new non-tech savvy user goes to the playlists page and doesn't see a "New playlist..." button or icon. I'd like to request for such a button/UI.

I hope I am not missing something obvious to most others. Please call me out if that's the case.
