After upgrading to v0.17.0 the application won't start anymore, showing the following error:

The issue appears if the app either way if it is only unzipped, or installed. "Run as Administrator" also has no impact. Couldn't find any logs I could post. Please let me know if you need anything else.

v.0.16.0 starts fine, so I'm keeping that for now
