Steps to reproduce

1. Submit a run with a certain name
2. Utilize CPU or GPU
3. Ensure metrics are shown in the UI
4. Stop the run
5. Submit another run with the same name
6. Open the previous run with the same name - metrics are gone in the UI

Actual behaviour

1. The new run overrode all the metrics in the previous run

Expected behaviour

1. The previous run should retain all the metrics
