Really no other changes required? do all the other sub commands already define the folder flag? Also what do you mean "same for verbose flag"? You're not removing it the same way you're removing foldflag |

This fixes #243, all commands that require a folder flag should be specifying it as the sub-command level, same as for the verbose flag.
