This reverts commit 5a14925 - #760.
This is being reverted because 13 attribute classes were not generated and is blocking the flow of SBRP into installer - dotnet/installer#17096. This is because of dotnet/sdk#33388. That issue is going to be fixed later this week at which I will reattempt this. It is a fair amount of work to add these manually because of the number of TFMS.
