CodeAnalysis sarif file should not require a change on every branding update. #52150
Description
On every servicing branding update, the sarif file: src/sdk/src/Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.NetAnalyzers/src/Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.NetAnalyzers.sarif requires an update to match the SDK versions to the new SDK version. This is a poor workflow.
Can we avoid the need for the update? No check it in?
