Tagging subscribers to this area: @dotnet/ncl Issue Detailsdepends on dotnet/dotnet-buildtools-prereqs-docker#827 and fixes #82055. Ubuntu 18.04 is getting to EOS so I was considering updating the base images. But at the end I decided to go with simple fix to reduce risk.
