Pull Request Overview
Re-enables tests that were previously excluded due to issue #103333 by removing the exclusion configuration for ARM NativeAOT.
- Removed the
<ItemGroup>that excludedGC/API/GC/GetTotalAllocatedBytes/**tests on ARM native AOT. - Cleans up obsolete exclusion now that the underlying issue is resolved.
