This is easiest to add to R2RTest which already has ETW dump support. For now I would run it locally over the entire test tree, we can discuss whether it makes sense to add some form of lab job but I doubt it, once we validate that the compiled code behaves in a reasonable manner at runtime, we should start working on obsoleting Crossgen1.
