Test case System.Net.WebSockets.Client.Tests.AbortTest.Abort_ReceiveAndAbort_Success(server: ws://corefx-net-http11.azurewebsites.net/WebSocket/EchoWebSocket.ashx) seems to have occasional failure periods on Windows CI machinces with WebSocketException : Unable to connect to the remote server according to Kusto.
