When using the CarouselView control in .NET MAUI bound items do not display in the UI.
Note: While fixing this issue enable the test case from HostApp: Issue7678, Issue7678_1.

1. Launch the application on iOS Issue7678Sample.zip
2. Issue7678_1Sample.zip
3. Observe the Output
   Expected Behaviour:

• CarouselView should display all items.

Actual Behaviour:

• CarouselView does not display any items.
