[src/docs] Numerous fixes to the xml docs. #23531

* Fix a whole lot of typos and simple c&p mistakes. * Reformat docs when lines that needed fixing were unwieldily long. * Remove numerous references to 'MonoTouch' (with various capitalizations). * In some cases, shared docs had references to APIs that weren't shared. In that case, the references were either removed/rewritten, or the platform-specific docs were added. * Type references were often simplified to not contain the namespace. This made those references work on all platforms even if they were in different namespaces across platforms (UIKit/AppKit had frequent appearances here). * Added a reference to System.Net.HttpListener, that way xml docs can reference members from that assembly.
