Right now it requires some knowledge of how baselines work (e.g. that in CI they run under Release, which TFM they use, etc) to be able to update them.

We need to add a switch which will set ENV variable and run suites which have baseline files for both debug, release, full framework and coreclr, to make sure all baselines are updated.
